Welcome Reception
The Welcome Reception will take place in the Ballroom Foyer and the Exhibition Area of the Hilton Glasgow on Monday 12th September from 19.30hrs.
The evening will give delegates an opportunity to meet or catch up with old friends in a relaxed environment. A fork supper and drinks will be provided, followed by some lively entertainment - Included in Registration Fee
Glasgow Science Centre
The Glasgow Science Centre located on the banks of the historic River Clyde will be the venue for Wednesday evening, 14th September
Delegates will be able to interact with the many science exhibits whilst enjoying drinks and canapés. This will be followed by a buffet in the visually stunning Atrium. Coach transfers will be arranged to and from the venue – Included in Registration Fee
Closing Dinner
The conference will be closed by a Dinner which will take place on the evening of Thursday 15th September in the Macintosh Suite of the Hilton Hotel, Glasgow. A drinks reception in the Ballroom Foyer will be followed by a seated meal
– Included in the full delegate Registration Fee. Exhibitors and Day delegates may purchase dinner tickets at an additional cost of £80 (ex Vat).
